We use Julie for all of our sales training of our external and internal sales teams – her approach is not only fun but is extremely practical and relevant, meaning we gain benefit from the training immediately. And she is always on hand to ‘top up’ the training or pop in, to monitor and feedback further improvements. Recently I recognised the need for our new Sales Administrators to have training in managing customer calls, Julie was on hand to help devise a half day training programme that would enable our teams to professionally and confidently respond to customers and enhance the overall customer experience. The course has been so well received and reported on that we have now rolled it out to our entire Customer Experience team and have booked dates for all of our team members throughout the company who deal with customers on the phone. Can’t recommend enough, and only half a day, all to gain and nothing to lose! Thanks Julie.

I attended the telesales workshop to learn how to use it within my job role. I really enjoyed the whole experience and Julie was so welcoming when I arrived. What I learnt is really helping me with the calls I have to make. Everything I have learnt from the course I am now automatically doing in everyday tasks. It’s not just what you say on the phone, it’s how you say it and I learnt some key words to help which I have used a lot since I’ve come back from my course. Sian-Blue - what can I say? Having had experience of outbound telemarketers before, I was spoilt with the service that I received. Positive and pro-active, keeping me updated every step of the way and delivering results which for me was bums on seats at a networking event. I don't know what magic she uses as I loathe picking up the phone but this lady is the "mutt's nuts" (can I say that) when it comes to picking up that phone and representing my business - and I am fussy!
