Refund Policy

The Sales Manager Ltd does not offer refunds. However, if for any reason you are unable to attend the workshop that you have booked for, a credit note will be issued for you to book into another workshop at a more convenient time.  To receive the credit note, full payment for the workshop will need to have been received and contact made via email at info@thesales-manager.co.uk, 24 hours before the workshop date. 

Any applications for credit notes after this time will be at the discretion of the Managing Director.
