Refund Policy

The Sales Manager Ltd does not offer refunds. However, if for any reason you are unable to attend the workshop that you have booked for, a credit note will be issued for you to book into another workshop at a more convenient time.  To receive the credit note, full payment for the workshop will need to have been received and contact made via email at, 24 hours before the workshop date. 

Any applications for credit notes after this time will be at the discretion of the Managing Director.
