Internal Business Development Executive

The principal responsibilities of the Internal Business Development Executive are: -
  • To undertake telesales/telemarketing campaigns for The Sales Manager Training Division
  • To carry out telesales/telemarketing assignments for new and existing clients
  • To source new business for The Sales Manager Telemarketing Division
  • To attend networking events and business exhibitions to promote the services of The Sales Manager
The successful candidate will have: -
  • Proven track record within an outbound telesales, telemarketing or sales role, but not a necessity 
  • Successfully achieved the KPI’s and targets set for them
  • Strong customer service and customer relationship building skills
  • The ability to work on their own and be self-motivated
  • Regularly used a CRM system as well as Word, Excel and Outlook
